For Individuals — Grief & Connection Support
GRIEF DOESN'T FOLLOW RULES
Grief doesn't only follow death. It can arrive with the loss of a beloved pet, the slow ache of watching a body or mind change through illness or age, or the upheaval of a major life transition. However grief has found you, you don't have to walk through it alone.
This work is for anyone who needs a space to slow down, feel what's here, and find their footing again — not to fix grief, or move past it faster, but to be met in it, exactly as it is.
What We Offer

Grief and Connection Journey
FOR THE PERSON READY TO BE MET WHERE THEY ARE
In these 90-minute one-on-one sessions, you'll be supported in your own grief or loss process, whatever form it takes. We begin with mindfulness invitations that help you settle into your body, where your own wisdom and deeper knowing live. I'll be present with you — listening, and meeting you exactly where you are. If it feels right, we can create a ritual together to honor who or what you've lost.
Sessions take place in your home, at a local land trust or park, on a slow walk, or over Zoom.
$150/session | $500/4-session package | $900/9-session package
Grieving Together: Group Grief Journeys
YOU DON'T HAVE TO CARRY THIS ALONE
Grief can feel isolating, even when others around you are grieving too. These offerings bring people together in shared space to move through loss alongside one another — not to compare grief, but to be witnessed in it.
Grief Walks — Gentle movement through nature, paired with space for reflection and connection with others walking the same path.
Grief Writing Group — Guided writing prompts and mindfulness help you access and express what's moving through you. No writing experience needed.

Is this right for you?
This work tends to resonate with people who are:
-
Grieving a person, a pet, a diagnosis, or a version of life that's changed
-
Feeling isolated in a loss others don't fully understand
-
Looking for a space that doesn't rush or ask you to "move on"
-
Craving connection, nature, or stillness — even without a specific loss to name
-
Leading others while quietly carrying something heavy themselves
If any of that sounds familiar, trust it.
